Initially, I was checking out budget to mid-range options from well-known brands, but then I came across some really positive reviews for Vibox. Their builds and choices caught my eye, and the standard Gold warranty was a big plus. I went with a suggested build, and the price range recommendations made it easy to sort through the options and see the various components. When I placed my order, it mentioned that shipping would be within 2 days. I had a couple of questions, so I reached out to Vibox and got a response super quick at 8:59 AM the next day! I ordered late on Wednesday night, and by Saturday, my PC was delivered by DPD. I even got a text from DPD that morning to let me set my delivery preferences. I was really impressed with how fast everything was. The PC itself is fantastic—well put together and performs like a champ. I had another question recently, and they got back to me in no time. It really boosts your confidence as a customer to get such personal and quick responses. Based on my experiences so far, I’d definitely recommend Vibox to my friends and will use them again in the future.

Incredible customer support. We got our son's gaming PC in October for his birthday on the 18th of December. When he unwrapped it on his special day, we ran into a few hiccups, and since it was a Sunday, I figured I'd shoot Vibox an email and wait for a response on Monday or Tuesday. Boy, was I mistaken! They got back to me almost right away on a Sunday! They helped me resolve the problem (I really don’t know much about gaming PCs!). I can't recommend them enough.

Had a bit of a hiccup getting the monitor connected to the computer. Since it was a gift for my grandson, who lives quite a distance away, we struggled a bit to guide him through the process. Awesome gaming PC, and the cool part is you can customize the specs to fit your preferences or wallet. But man, the delivery was a real bummer. They almost left my £1400 package right on the doorstep, exposed to the weather! Thankfully, a neighbor noticed the DPD guy drop it off and brought it inside for me. DPD didn’t reach out to me at all, neither before nor after the drop-off, which I found pretty disappointing.
